Havenwise still works in these instances. We have many users with unusual setup and we almost always find a solution.
If you have a Mixergy or Sunamp
Mixergy and Sunamp communicate with the heat pump in an unusual way, and have their own logic to activate or deactivate the heat pump for hot water production.
You will continue to use the Mixergy / Sunamp app or controller for your hot water control. And you will use Havenwise for your optimised heating control. Havenwise will not interfere with your hot water.
