Mixergy and Sunamp communicate with the heat pump in an unusual way, and have their own logic to activate or deactivate the heat pump for hot water production.
If you have a Mixergy or Sunamp, you can use Havenwise for your optimised heating control. However, you should continue to use the manufacturers app to control your hot water. Havenwise will not interfere with your hot water.
