The Havenwise free trial currently lasts 1 month, starting from when Havenwise control is enabled (not when you create an account or connect a heat pump).
Who does it apply to?
The free trial applies to all new users.
How do I cancel if I want to stop the trial?
Havenwise control can be paused at any time from the profile page of the app. You can request account deletion from the same page.
