Somebody else has told me about the flex trial. Can I sign up?
At the moment we're releasing trial access on a person-by-person basis. Only users who have received an invite email from Havenwise can join.
Can I access the flex trial if I currently have Havenwise heating optimisation disabled?
No. You cannot access the flex trial if you currently have heating optimisation disabled in the Havenwise app.
Can I access the flex trial if I don't have tariff optimisation enabled?
No. The Havenwise flex trial is an extension of our existing tariff optimisation and involves shifting heat pump use in response to energy prices. We can't do this if you have tariff optimisation disabled.
I'm currently doing the Axle VPP sessions with my battery, can I still join the flex trial?
Yes. The Flex trial only uses your heat pump, which is separate to the battery optimisation Axle carries out. This has been confirmed with the Axle team.
I do the Octopus Saving Sessions, can I still join the flex trial?
Yes. There's no conflict between the Saving Sessions and the Flex trial. You can benefit from both at once.
