If you need to temporarily disable Havenwise (e.g., to fix a physical issue or because your installer is doing maintenance), or you want to stop using Havenwise, you can follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the cogs at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Under "Havenwise optimisation", click on the down arrow.
If you want to disable both heating and hot water, click on "Off"; if you want to keep heating or hot water active via Havenwise, select either "Heating only" or "Hot water only".
Once disabled, we recommend going through the heat pump settings on your heat pump controller to make sure it's set up to work for you.
You can then control your heat pump like you used to before Havenwise.
