If you need to temporarily disable Havenwise (e.g., to fix a physical issue or because your installer is doing maintenance), or you want to stop using Havenwise, you can follow the steps below.
Go to the home page and tap the cog at the top right.
Set both both the heating and hot water toggles to off
Once disabled, we recommend going through the heat pump settings on your heat pump controller to make sure it's set up to work for you.
You can then control your heat pump like you used to before Havenwise.
