Disconnecting your Mitsubishi heat pump from Havenwise is simple by following the steps below.
Step 1: Disable Havenwise in app
Navigate to Havenwise settings by clicking on the cog at the top right-hand side of the screen
Tap the dropdown under the heading "Havenwise optimisation"
Disable Havenwise by selecting "Off"
Step 2: Return your heat pump to its original settings

Return the controller to timed mode
Restore your previous schedules, either on the controller or in the MELCloud app
