Yes, we overwrite something settings on your heat pump controller.
For heating
Havenwise controls the flow temperature of the heat pump directly, so it will overwrite the weather compensation curve or heat curve. It will also set the target room temperature on the heat pump to avoid interference with the Havenwise logic (see article here).
For hot water
Havenwise will determine when a hot water cycle runs and to what target temperature, based on your hot water schedules in the Havenwise app.
Havenwise does not overwrite all the settings
There are certain settings that we cannot change via the internet. We ask you to change these when you set up Havenwise, as well as removing any existing schedules or legionella cycles.
