A high flow temperature is not always cause for concern. There can be several good reasons:
It's cold outside. Colder outdoor temperatures require higher flow temperatures to ensure comfort indoors.
The room temperature is well below setpoint. If your room temperature is well below the schedule in the Havenwise app, e.g., by more than 0.5C, Havenwise will temporarily increase the flow temperature to close the gap with the target. That's to ensure you're always comfortable.
You are on a time of use tariff and time of use optimisation is enabled. If you have enabled the time of use optimisation on the settings page, the heat pump will work a bit harder during the cheap moments in your tariff, to try to avoid some of the more expensive periods. This can be turned off as well.
The heat pump is preparing to reach the desired temperature by the start of your schedule. This can result in higher-than-expected flow temperatures before the scheduled time.
If you are concerned about high flow temperatures for your heat pump and think none of the above applies to you, feel free to reach out to the Havenwise team.
