Havenwise works with any energy provider or energy tariff.
If you change energy provider or energy tariff, you can easily update your tariff in the Havenwise app. Detailed instructions can be found here.
If you switch to a time-of-use tariff, you can choose whether Havenwise optimises the operation of your heat pump in line with your tariff, which means your heat pump will work a bit harder when electricity is cheap and work less when electricity is expensive. Or you can choose for Havenwise to run “low and slow”, optimising for maximum efficiency. You are in control and can switch between modes anytime via the Havenwise app. More info here.
