Disconnecting your Vaillant heat pump from Havenwise is simple by following the steps below.
Step 1: Disable Havenwise in app
Navigate to Havenwise settings by clicking on the cog at the top right-hand side of the screen
Tap the dropdown under the heading "Havenwise optimisation"
Disable Havenwise by selecting "Off"
Step 2: Ensure your heat pump settings are correct
When you disconnect your Vaillant heat pump from Havenwise, we restore your control settings to safe default values. You may want to check these and ensure they are set up as you want them to be. The settings we change and restore are as follows:
