Disconnecting your Samsung heat pump from Havenwise is simple by following the steps below.
Step 1: Disable Havenwise in app
Navigate to Havenwise settings by clicking on the cog at the top right-hand side of the screen
Tap the dropdown under the heading "Havenwise optimisation"
Disable Havenwise by selecting "Off"
Step 2: Return your heat pump to its original settings
These settings vary depending on how you had your heat pump set up before using Havenwise. For most people, this will involve reversing the steps you took during set up:
Resetting FSVs 2091 and 2092 to their original values
Returning the controller to weather compensation mode
