Are we not yet compatible? You may still sign-up to the Havenwise app, where you can enter your brand and be included on the waitlist, so you can access it as soon as it is available. This will not start any trials, as this is linked to when control is enabled.
Please do reach out to your heat pump manufacturer asking them when they will be compatible with us. It helps us out a lot, and will increase our integration speed!
Mitsubishi
All MELCloud (Not MELCloud Home) connected models. Note that Havenwise is not compatible with MELCloud Home. If you currently use MELCloud, do not migrate to MELCloud Home to ensure continued compatibility with Havenwise.
Samsung
All SmartThings connected models. Very rarely, some older units (gen 5 and older) have been left in an installation state that prevents Havenwise from working.
To be SmartThings connected, most Samsungs require the MIM-HO4EN adaptor, although the newest models include WiFi as standard (hooray!).
Vaillant
All myVaillant connected heat pumps.
