If your heat pump needs servicing, you can temporarily turn off Havenwise optimisation.
Open the Havenwise app
Go to the home page and tap the cog at the top right.
Under the heading Havenwise optimisation, set both the heating and hot water toggles to off
Once the installer has finished, don't forget to turn both back on.
