If your heat pump needs servicing, you can temporarily turn off Havenwise optimisation.
Open the Havenwise app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Profile page.
Locate the "Havenwise Optimisation" drop down.
Disable or pause Havenwise control by selecting Off.
Once the installer has finished, don’t forget to turn it back on.
