Heating is ready means normal heating operation - no need to worry. We are working on revamping this wording to make the heating operating state clearer.
Heating is ready means Havenwise will be actively heating your home as needed according to the heating schedules in the next day.
It means if you went and stood next to your heat pump, it may or may not be heating at that very time. It all depends on what the cheapest thing to keep you comfortable is.
In the future, we want to redesign this system to explicitly state when the heat pump is doing a heating cycle, among other improvements.
