Ensure you are on the latest version of the app
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Havenwise app from the App Store or Play Store.

Close and reopen the app
Fully close the Havenwise app. Just minimising the app isn't sufficient. You have to fully close the app.
Reopen it and check if the issue is resolved.
