What should I do if my Shelly is faulty or damaged?

If your Shelly was sent to you directly by Havenwise, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

If you purchased the Shelly yourself, please reach out to the retailer you bought it from, they’ll be able to assist you with a replacement or repair.

Do also let us know about the fault so we can record it and advise you on the best next steps.
