The standard Havenwise app provides useful information on running costs (in £) and COP (or efficiency) of the heat pump.
Havenwise also has a monitoring portal where additional data is available, such as flow temperatures and more. This monitoring portal is used internally and by our partners such as installers.
Users can get access to this portal upon request. In future, we plan to make this a paid service, but users are welcome to try it while it remains in development.
Note: The portal is currently designed for internal use and use by our partners. Therefore, it is not a "perfect" product for homeowners and is not covered by our customer support.
Steps to take
Create an account on https://service.havenwise.co.uk/.
Send a message to the Havenwise team via the in-app support button once you have created an account on the monitoring portal.
The Havenwise team will then link your heat pump to your monitoring portal.
