The standard Havenwise app provides useful information on running costs (in £) and COP (or efficiency) of the heat pump.
Havenwise also has a monitoring portal where additional data is available, such as flow temperatures and more. This monitoring portal is used internally and by our partners such as installers.
Users can get access to this portal upon request.
Note: The portal is designed for internal use and use by our partners. Therefore, it is not a "perfect" product for homeowners, but we're happy to give you access if you want.
Steps to take
Create an account on https://service.havenwise.co.uk/.
Send a message to the Havenwise team via the in-app support button once you have created an account on the monitoring portal.
The Havenwise team will then link your heat pump to your monitoring portal.
