The standard Havenwise app provides useful information on running costs (in £) and COP (or efficiency) of the heat pump.
You can also speak to our chat bot, Haven, who has secure access to your heat pump's data and can answer detailed questions about your heat pump's operation over the last 24 hours.
Service portal
Right now we're not offering access to our service portal. While the portal has occasionally been made available on request, it was built as an internal tool for the Havenwise team and installer partners, and isn't designed to support the current number of users. Our priority is supporting the app, and this decision will help us concentrate our resources where our customers need them.
