In certain situations, COP will be missing from the performance stats page in the Havenwise app. This does not affect the operation of your heat pump.
There can be 3 reasons for missing COP:
You have a Samsung heat pump. Samsung currently doesn't report COP numbers remotely. They are only available locally on the Samsung controller.
You have a Mitsubishi heat pump without the required metering equipment. The required equipment wasn't installed originally by the installer. This is rare in our experience but does happen.
You have a Mitsubishi heat pump and Melcloud (temporarily) stopped reporting COP remotely. If COP used to be available and you don't see it anymore in the Havenwise app, please check if updated COP data is still available in the Melcloud app and send us a screenshot via the in-app support button.
