An error code on your heat pump controller or app is typically a sign of a physical problem with the system. Havenwise cannot trigger error codes on the heat pump through its optimisation and we can't see which error codes are active.
If you have an error code on your heat pump controller or app, follow these steps;
Wait. The error code might disappear by itself
Attempt to clear the error code by turning the heat pump on and off. A on and off cycle is often a good idea
Contact an engineer. If you still see an error code, you should contact an engineer. There's likely something broken on your system that needs addressing.
Did Havenwise trigger the error code?
Most likely not. Havenwise integrates with the heat pump using approved manufacturer APIs. Our optimisation works within the manufacturer's pre-defined limits and we cannot send commands that trigger error codes.
