No reason to panic. If your heat pump loses connection for a short period of time, Havenwise will automatically reconnect when the internet connection is restored. In the meantime, your heat pump continues to operate, and you very likely won’t notice anything.
If the connection is lost for an extended period (for instance, 5 hours), you may need to temporarily disconnect from Havenwise - send us a message and we can help you with this. The physical heat pump controller can be used in the meantime.
